Returns and Exchange Policy

We stand by the work we do at our factory. If we make a mistake, we fix it. If you have an issue with your order, here is how we handle it:

1. The 7-Day Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. After 7 days, we cannot accept any requests.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns

Because we are a factory outlet selling at wholesale rates, we only accept returns if:

• The product is physically damaged or defective from our side.

• The wrong design or size was shipped to you.

• The embroidery quality does not match the video we showed on our site.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for a return, the suit must be:

• Unstitched: We cannot accept returns on fabric that has already been cut or stitched by your tailor.

• Original Packaging: All tags, flyers, and bags must be included.

• Unused: The fabric must not have any stains, perfume smells, or signs of wear.

4. The Process

If you have a problem, message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the issue. Our team will review it and guide you on where to ship the parcel back. Once we receive it and check the condition, we will send out your replacement or process your refund.

Shipping and COD Policy

1. Delivery Times

We ship directly from our factory in Faisalabad.

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2 to 4 working days.

• Other Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD across Pakistan. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders if the address is incomplete or if the customer has a history of refusing parcels.

3. Order Confirmation

Every order is confirmed via a phone call or WhatsApp message before it leaves our factory. If you do not confirm within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled to save our stock for serious buyers.

Privacy Policy

Your data is safe with us. We only use your name, address, and phone number to get your suit delivered. We don't sell your info to third parties. We use cookies to see which designs are popular so we can keep our machines running on the right stock.
